Art Affray

Art Affray is a dynamic two-player fighting game where creativity meets competition in beautifully designed scenes inspired by iconic paintings. Players take control of unique characters, each tied to a designated painting that serves as their home turf. The twist? Victory shifts the battle to the winner's painting – but with new challenges for both players to face!

Each scene is packed with its own artistic obstacles: fire in the Prodigal Son painting or small platforms in the Mask scene. Matches are quick, intense, and decided in a best-of-five format, keeping every round exciting and unpredictable.

This game was created as part of the fall 2024 Game Design course at Oberlin College in collaboration with the Allen Memorial Art Museum.
